Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for:

Deposits

• 356bet reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification before releasing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if 356bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

356bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 356bet accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 356bet offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to verified account holders who are in good standing and have not violated these terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Bonus Funds and Real Funds are tracked separately in your account balance. Real Funds are used first in wagering unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• 356bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under the promotion's terms will be honoured.
• Creating multiple accounts or using automated systems to exploit bonus offers constitutes abuse. 356bet will void any bonuses obtained through such means and may permanently close the associated account(s).

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slot, and crash game activity on the 356bet Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 356bet does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a bet that has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, 356bet reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion. Players will be notified and Real Funds staked on voided bets will be returned.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time as a result of on-field events, data feed interruptions, or risk management decisions. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.

• Any attempt to use software, scripts, bots, or other automated tools to gain an advantage over the house or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 356bet Platform. Engagement in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, disguise, or transfer proceeds of illegal activity.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to deceive 356bet staff or systems.
• Collusion: Working with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under 21 years of age.
• Commercial exploitation: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising, data harvesting, or systematic content scraping.

Account Suspension & Closure

356bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or from a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason (including voluntary closure requested by the Player), any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of applicable security checks.
